Comment (Note)
A comment is an optional note a respondent can add to their signup, such as a dish ingredient list, a dietary need, or a question.
Also called: note, add a note, message
Comments give respondents a place for context the form fields do not capture. Organizers can turn the note field off when it is not needed to keep the form simple.
