Response
A response is one person's signup on your form: the name, any details they entered, and the option or options they chose.
Also called: signup, entry
Responses are what you review on your dashboard. Each one records who signed up, what they picked, and any comment or extra answers, and can be edited, exported, or removed by the organizer.
