Friends of Grasshopper
A few other tools we build, use, and happen to like.
Running Grasshopper turned up jobs we wanted done better: tracking hours, sending invoices, capturing feedback, answering customers. We didn't love the options out there, so we built our own and use them to run Grasshopper every day. A few connect directly; all are standalone. Sharing them in case they help you too.
Simple time tracking for teams that don't bill by the hour. Workers clock in by tapping a name, scanning a QR code, or opening a link: no app, no login, no per-seat fees. Pull a clean hours report when payroll or grant season hits. It can sync the roster straight from one of your Grasshopper signup forms.
Visit Kangaroo ClockA simple customer support inbox with an AI-drafted reply waiting on every message. Centralized intake, no ticket portals, no customer signups, flat pricing. The customer just gets a normal email back. We run Grasshopper's own support on it.
Visit Acorn ReplySimple invoicing and quotes, without the accounting-suite baggage. Send a clean, branded invoice your customer can act on right on the page: add a PO number, fix their billing entity, forward to AP, or accept and sign a quote. It's how we send custom invoices here at Grasshopper.
Visit Jupiter InvoiceVisual feedback with no install and no signup. Capture a screen in your browser, talk or type through what you see, and ship clean output: markdown, a PDF or Word doc, or a simple share link. It's how we put together a lot of Grasshopper's help content and FAQs.
Visit Cobalt CaptureA QR code you can change later, for about the price of a coffee. Print the code once on a flyer, sign, or table tent, then update where it points whenever you need to. A great way to turn a Grasshopper form link into a QR code people can scan to sign up.
Visit TangoQRTen honest minutes of learning a day, then it tells your kid to go play. Real grade-level math and reading practice in short daily sessions, with real-world rewards parents control and plain-English progress reports. No worksheets, no endless grind.
Visit Kangaroo KiddoThese are all standalone products, but we hope they're useful, and we'd genuinely love to hear ideas for how we can be more helpful. Have a tool you wish existed, or a way two of these should work together? Tell us.
