Do forms stop working after 30 responses?
No! Forms continue collecting responses forever. You just can't view them on the website without Premium.
What happens if I cancel?
Your premium account remains active until the end of your pre-paid subscription term. After that, your account reverts to free and you can't view responses for forms with over 30 responses. You can re-upgrade anytime.
Are there any other limits?
No! Create unlimited forms and collect unlimited responses. Premium only affects viewing high-volume responses.
When does Premium take effect?
Immediately! You can view and download all responses for all your forms right after upgrading.
Can I have multiple people manage my forms?
Yes! All premium users can share forms with any user to view and manage forms. Learn how to share forms with team members.
What's the difference between individual and team accounts?
Individual premium accounts upgrade all forms owned by a single user. Team accounts allow the account owner to add up to 10 team members who get premium access for all of their own forms.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! Both monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled anytime. If you cancel, your premium access continues until the end of your prepaid term, then downgrades to free. If you don't cancel, your subscription renews automatically.
