Option Description
An option description is extra text shown under a choice on the form, explaining what it involves so respondents can pick the right one.
Also called: option details, slot description
Descriptions reduce confusion on sheets where the option titles alone are not enough, like spelling out what a volunteer role includes or what time a shift runs. Each option can carry its own description and image.
