Signup Form

A signup form is a web page that collects names and details from people choosing to take part in something, such as an event, a shift, or a list.

Also called: sign up form, sign-up form

Signup forms differ from generic contact forms because the choices people make are usually limited: a slot can fill up, a role can be capped, an item can be taken. Grasshopper builds signup forms from a plain-language description, with no account required for the people responding.
