Max Responses
Max responses is the cap on how many people can sign up for an option. Once it is reached, the option shows as full and stops accepting new claims.

Setting a capacity is what makes a signup sheet self-managing: organizers do not have to track counts or turn people away manually. When an option fills, Grasshopper can mark it taken or move new arrivals to a waitlist.
