Access PIN

An access PIN is a short code that respondents must enter before they can view or fill out a form, keeping it limited to people who have the code.

Also called: pin, form password, passcode

A PIN adds a light layer of privacy for forms shared semi-publicly, such as within a class or congregation, without requiring anyone to create an account.
