Can I Use Premium or Boost for Just a Few Months?

Upgrade When You Need It, Cancel When You Don't

Lots of people only need a paid plan for part of the year: a busy season, a big event, a semester. That works. You can upgrade to Premium or Boost for as long as you need it, then cancel or switch plans. We don't remove your forms, responses, or settings when a paid plan ends, so you can pick up where you left off when you upgrade again.

What the paid plans add: Grasshopper Signup has no ads on any plan, and most features are free. Premium lets you view and manage more than 30 responses on a form. Boost adds contacts, SMS reminders, automated waitlists, and white-labeling. See Premium plans for current pricing.

UPGRADE

Go to Premium plans and pick a plan. For a short stretch, a monthly plan is usually the best fit. Your plan applies to every form in your account, including forms you made before upgrading.

CANCEL OR CHANGE PLANS

From your Dashboard, click Settings, then Manage Subscription in the Subscription card (Team plans see Billing & Subscription). From there you can cancel or switch plans. Full steps: Cancel Premium Subscription.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then it doesn't renew.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PAID PLAN ENDS

• Your forms, responses, and settings stay in your account. Ending a paid plan doesn't remove them.
• Your forms keep working. Links still open and people can still sign up.
• Forms with more than 30 responses show an upgrade prompt instead of the responses page until you upgrade again. See What happens when my form reaches 30 responses?
• Boost features such as SMS reminders and automated waitlists stop until you upgrade to Boost again.

Tip: before your paid period ends, download a copy of your responses from each form's responses page so you have them handy in the meantime.

UPGRADING AGAIN LATER

Upgrade from Premium plans using the same email address. Your plan applies to your existing forms again, including their full response lists.

Reusing a form for a new round? Find it on your Dashboard and click Duplicate on its card. You get a copy with the same options, sections, and questions and no responses, ready to update and share.
