Provide a Meal for Emory Wesley Fellowship
Help us feed college students at Emory Wesley Fellowship! We gather on Monday nights for dinner at 6 and worship or Bible study at 6:30. Sharing a weekly meal is our primary time of fellowship where students get to know one another and build meaningful relationships. Your generosity in providing meals makes that happen! Feel free to sign-up as a Sunday School class or small group to cook a homemade meal, have something from a local restaurant delivered, or provide a restaurant gift card. Find some helpful details below...
Food should be dropped off at Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church by 5:45. Based on student dietary needs, we ask that meals be able to feed 15 people and include both gluten-free and vegetarian options (example: a meat lasagna and a veggie lasagna). Please make note of possible allergens in each dish (nuts, gluten, etc.).
We also love gift cards! We gladly accept gift cards to local restaurants or pre-loaded Visa cards to cover meals and snacks for students.
In addition to Monday night meals, we are thrilled to receive snacks and drinks at any time for students who hang out at the church during the week. Sodas, sparking water, coffee and tea, and individually packaged snacks help our students feel welcome at Glenn. Contact Sutton to receive a link to our Amazon wish list, where you can shop items that ship directly to Wesley.
