Backstage and Front of House Volunteers: Capital One Hall

Sign up to support our production at Capital One Hall. Volunteers are needed for stage marking, booth support, and stage management.

The schedule will include a dinner break. Feel free to eat on campus or head out and return. There are several options in the plaza (e.g. Starr Hill and the food trucks up on The Perch). Outside food is not permitted in the venue.

There is a hard deadline for perks of Sept 22nd because the venue requires cast/volunteer lists for security and admittance backstage finalized two weeks prior to the show. Due to venue security protocol, significant others and children are not permitted in the theater or lounge prior to the show. Please ask them to join you at dinner time and/or the 6:30 open.

Volunteer Perks - if signed up by Sept 22nd:

  1. Free parking ($15 value) +
  2. Comp ticket ($25 value) +
  3. 50% code for your plus one ($12.50 value) +
  4. Hopefully a drink ticket; working with venue on this

Roles that do not require backstage access will remain available for sign up after Sept 22nd. Comp tickets and free parking will no longer be available.

There will be no traditional DIY set-up here. The staff takes care of seating, mics, lighting, ushering, check-in, and concessions.
