St. Andrew's Thanksgiving Dinner 2026 - volunteers & donations

Please read these instructions. Then, make your volunteer/donation selections.

Volunteers:

1. Please read each job description carefully.
2. Sign up for only one volunteer role. Be sure to account for the number of people you'll have with you (kids should be counted as additional volunteers).
3. Only sign up if you can attend for the entire time slot.
4. More information about your role will be sent prior to the dinner.

Donations:

1. All donations must be received by Tuesday, November 25th. No exceptions, please.
2. Donations should be dropped off during the church's regular hours (9am-3pm Mondays-Thursdays and 9am-12pm Fridays).
3. Please clearly label your items when you drop them off.
4. No substitutions or extra quantities, please. Managing food waste is extremely important to us. Please do not donate more than what you've signed up for. Please donate the exact item described.
5. No items with a sell-by date of November 27th or earlier can be accepted.
