Planning begins 1/11/2027 - Winter Conference Meals Team

Planning for Fall Conference Meals begins on January 11, 2027. Join Hospitality Lead, Katie Rudolph, to help create a welcoming and well-fed experience for our teachers during conferences. Volunteers will help coordinate meals for February 3 (dinner) and February 4 (all day).

Support is needed with ordering, pick up, delivery, set up, and clean up.

This is a great fit for anyone who enjoys organizing details, making teachers feel appreciated, and being part of a cheerful behind-the-scenes team. It is a simple way to make a big difference during a very busy week for staff.
