    Volunteers who assist vendors will: -Record vendor name, address, location number and payment status -Ensure that vendors have what they need (i.e., chairs, table, electricity) -Place the Native Arts and Crafts Act information at each vendor booth -Help vendors bring in supplies for their booths if requested
    Volunteers assisting with hospitality rooms will: -Check the hospitality rooms periodically throughout the day -Keep rooms clean, pick up garbage -Restock refreshments -Assist in other areas as needed
    Volunteers who assist with admissions will: -Stamp hands for those who have paid and those who have free admittance -Warmly greet people as they enter the powwow -Answer questions and offer directions -Assist elders to Arena as needed -Be as welcoming as possible

    Volunteers at the Dancer & Drummer Registration/Pay Out table will assist in: -Registering dancers and drummers so they may receive payment -Correctly completing the registration form -Providing number signs and pins to dancers -Answering questions of dancers and drummers -Arranging for the correct payment of dancers and drummers -Distributing payment to dancers and drummers
