🔧 Where We Need a Hand: Current Projects
These are specific tasks where we need volunteers. We would love your help.
🔧 Help Keep Our Lodge Running
Our Lodge runs on members who pitch in. Whether you're handy with tools, have equipment or materials to share, spot something that needs fixing, or want to fund a project, there's a way to help.
Fill in any of the boxes below that apply. You don't need to answer them all. We'll follow up to match you with what's needed.
🎵 Sponsor Our Lodge Music Program
Live music brings our Lodge to life. All year long, we bring local musicians to the Lodge for our members and guests to enjoy, from Burger Night sets to special events.
Your sponsorship keeps the music playing and supports working musicians in our community.
Sponsors are recognized:
🎶 In our weekly email and monthly Booster
🎶 On a banner displayed at our music nights
Sponsorships of any size are welcome. Tell us how you'd like to help below.
🇺🇸 Help Veterans Move Into New Homes
Help Veterans Feel at Home
For veterans moving out of homelessness, a new apartment may have little more than a bed. Our Lodge helps provide furniture, kitchen supplies and household essentials to turn that apartment into a home.
Volunteer to help with pickups and deliveries. Times vary, and your helping hands are greatly appreciated.

🍸 Bartend One Night a Month
🍸 Seeking Bartenders – One Night a Month!
Too often we’re scrambling at the last minute to fill a bar shift — so we’re expanding our bartending pool and looking for members who can commit to just one night a month.
No experience? No problem!
If you don’t have your RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification, we’ll help you get it.
Can’t start at 5pm? That’s okay!
We can split shifts between openers and closers.
When you bartend, you can invite your Elk friends — and even a few neighbors — to come by and check out the Lodge. It’s a great way to connect, have fun, and keep the good times flowing!
Sun Nov 15 · Lodge Inventory Day
Help us take stock of our Lodge! On Sunday, November 15, we're doing a full inventory of the furniture, equipment, and fixtures in every room. Teams of 2–3 will each take a room, record what's there, and move on to the next. Food will be provided for all volunteers.
