Please sign up to provide snacks and desserts for our upcoming Parent-Teacher conference dinners, snacks, and teacher institute. Your contributions help support our staff during these long days. Please review the date to confirm the correct drop-off time.

We will be seeking dessert donations for the Parent-Teacher Conference Dinner on Thursday, Oct 22.

We will be seeking donations for pre-packaged non-perishable snacks for the Teacher Institute on Thursday, Oct 23, and the Parent-Teacher Conference on Monday, Nov 2.

For the desserts and snacks on 10/22 and 10/23 - Please drop off on Thursday, October 22, by 4:00 PM at the front office.

For the snacks on 11/2 - Please drop off on Thursday, October 29, by 4:00 PM at the front office.

Fall Class Parties will be on Friday, October 30, 2026. Please help the Cowlishaw PTA provide fun classroom parties by volunteering in the classrooms! Volunteers will help run games and engage students in arts and crafts in each classroom.

Volunteers will arrive at 2 PM to check in and get your name badge at the front desk, then go to the MPR for instructions on the games and crafts. The class parties will start at 2:30 PM; and clean-up and end time will be promptly at 3:15 PM. Due to space capacity, only volunteers who signed up may attend the class party. No younger siblings, please. 

Sign up to help with Bubble Gum Friday and support the 5th Grade Farewell party! Volunteers each week will be stationed on either the 4th grade or 5th grade hallway. Please arrive at 8:30 AM. Bubble Gum sales will proceed until the start of the school day.
