Winter Sports Indoor Concession Sign-ups

Welcome to Hockinson Indoor Winter Concessions

Sign up + Show up = FUNdraising for your child's sport, club or activity. All year long. Last year, HHS AAA Booster Club distributed over $27,000 to groups through Concessions. This is made possible by our awesome volunteers!

How it works:

1. Sign up for a shift.
2. Choose the group you wish to support.
3. Net profits will be allocated to the designated sport, club or activity in May.
4. Concessions will not be open unless volunteer slots are filled. Both indoor and outdoor concessions are fully stocked and organized. iPads are used for swift checkout and for processing payments.
5. If you haven't volunteered before: NO PROBLEM! :) A quick training is provided to all volunteers and the only requirement is a good attitude.

Any questions? Text or call Michelle Nelson at 360-909-7392 or Keri Dudley at 360-609-0563. Email: [email protected].

What will volunteers do?

As a concessions volunteer, you'll be taking orders and processing payments on the iPad or serving food and drinks. No experience needed - we'll make sure you have everything you need to jump right in!

We understand life happens and plans change.

If you need to cancel, please cancel as soon as you know you’re unable to attend, or at least 24 hours before your scheduled shift, so that we have the chance to fill your spot.

If you are canceling day of or running late, please reach out to Michelle Nelson or Keri Dudley.
