Box Truck Loading and Unloading. Meet at Kimbrough Stadium by the buses/scoreboard side of the stadium at 6:45 to help unload the box truck to get everything set up in the stands. This is percussion equipment, tubas, bari saxes, and music stands racks. After the game, we reload the box truck, then meet back at Otto to unload the truck again and put everything back in the band hall.

Parents to set up NEW percussion stands before the band gets there so we can be ready to play. Email Mr. Killgo for details on row and seat numbers for set up of specific stands. One of these parents will need a truck to haul the stands to the stadium ahead of time. Pick up stands from Otto anytime from 3:45 PM-5:45 PM from Otto door 21 and bring to Kimbrough. After the game, we will just put them back on the truck to bring back to Otto.

Pass out music stands to every other student as they walk up to their seat. Please clip 2 clothespins to each stand to help hold their music in place before passing them out.
