Conference and Show Education Session Monitors
Thank you for volunteering to monitor our education sessions this year!
The responsibilities of an Education Monitor typically include:
- Arrive 10 minutes early to meet the presenter and prepare the room.
- At the start, share housekeeping remarks from the binder, including CE check-in instructions.
- Introduce the presenter(s) using the C&S app (or briefly if no bio is available) or allow them to introduce themselves.
- Manage the microphone for audience questions (required for recording).
- During the session, take a headcount and note any feedback or questions in the binder form.
- At the end, thank the speaker(s), check in CE attendees using the app, and leave the binder in the room.
Sign-Up Instructions
- Review the sessions below and select any that you'd like to monitor.
- If you can select the session, then it still needs a volunteer - please sign up!
- If you can no longer attend, swap with someone or remove your name and email [email protected] as soon as possible.
Important Notes
- Once C&S begins on July 15, this signup will not be monitored.
- If you cannot attend, notify us at least 2 hours in advance (if possible) and/or find a replacement and email us their name.
Mandatory Training
- Virtual training: Wednesday, July 7 at 12 PM EST
- Duration: 30 minutes
- Covers: Session Q&A moderation, CE check-in (using the C&S app), and key day-of instructions.
- If you're unable to attend at this time & day, please view the recording beforehand.
Thank you!
