We have to begin selling at the counter at 9:30 pm
Floor, horses and Nevada's also have to be ready for 9:30 pm but generally do not start selling until closer to 10pm when the evening bingo ends.
Bingo begins between 10 and 10:15pm and aims to be over shortly after midnight.
We have to do an end-of-evening clean-up and aim to have everyone out by 12:30am.
