Why You're Still Hitting the Paywall After Upgrading
If you upgraded to Premium but are still being blocked from viewing responses, the most likely cause is that your upgrade is attached to a different email address than the one that created the form. Grasshopper Signup ties Premium access to a specific account, so if the form belongs to a different email (even one that's yours) the paywall won't lift until the two accounts are linked.
Common scenarios
- You created the form with one email and upgraded using a different one (e.g. a personal address vs. a work address).
- A colleague or co-organizer originally created the form and you are managing it on their behalf. The form is tied to their account, not yours.
- You created a new account to upgrade, not realizing your original forms were under a different login.
How to Fix It
We can link your Premium account to the original creator account so both have full access to responses and all Premium features. This takes just a minute on our end.
Step 1: Find your form link
Copy the URL of the form you are trying to access. It will look like grasshoppersignup.com/form/... or grasshoppersignup.com/s/.... You can find it in the address bar when viewing the form, or from the Share button on your Dashboard.
Step 2: Contact us
Go to the Contact page and send us a message with:
- The link to your form
- The email address you upgraded with
Step 3: We'll link the accounts
We'll connect your Premium account to the original creator account so you can view all responses.
