How to Find and Manage All Your Signups

Respondents can see every form they signed up for in one place, using a secure email link with no account or by logging in with the email they used, to review or cancel without digging through confirmation emails.

See all your signups in one place

If you sign up for the same organizer's forms over time (for example, booking classes each month), you don't have to hunt through individual confirmation emails to change a spot. The My Signups page shows everything you've signed up for, so you can review or cancel from one place. There are two ways in: a quick secure link sent to your email (no account needed), or logging in with the email you used to sign up.

Option A: Get a secure link by email (no account needed)

Open the My Signups page, then enter your email. You can reach the page a few ways:

  • Go directly to grasshoppersignup.com/my-signups.
  • In any confirmation email, click Manage all your signups in one place.
  • On the thank-you page right after you sign up, click Manage all your signups in one place.

On the View your signups page, type the email address you used to sign up and click Email me a link. For your privacy, you'll always see the same confirmation message whether or not that email has any signups. Then check your inbox for a message titled Your Grasshopper signups and click View My Signups. The link is single-use and expires after about 45 minutes; request a new one if it lapses.

Option B: Log in with your email

You can also just log in, with no password required. From the homepage click Login (or go to the login page), enter the email you used to sign up, and confirm with the magic link or 6-digit code we email you. Once you're in, open the menu (the ☰ icon in the top right) and choose My Signups.

Logging in is the most reliable option: it works even on forms where the organizer has hidden the Grasshopper header, and it keeps you signed in so you don't need a fresh link each time. On a form that does show our header, the menu also has a Find my signups shortcut that takes you to this same login.

Review or cancel a signup

However you get in, you'll see every signup tied to that email, most recent first, with the form name, what you signed up for, any date and time, and your notes. If you have a lot, use the search box to filter by form, class, or note. Click View & manage on any signup to open its full details, where you can add it to your calendar, update it, or cancel it.

What to know

After you open a secure link or log in, your signups stay viewable in that browser for about 72 hours before you'll need to sign in again. Signed up with a different email? Sign in or run the lookup again with that address. Each shows the signups for the email you used. Cancelling here notifies the organizer the same way it would from your confirmation page.
