How to Find and Manage All Your Signups

See all your signups in one place

If you sign up for the same organizer's forms over time (for example, booking classes each month), you don't have to hunt through individual confirmation emails to find a spot you want to change. The My Signups page shows everything you've signed up for, so you can review or cancel from one place. You don't need an account - access is by a secure link sent to your email.

Step 1: Open the My Signups page

You can get there three ways:

• On any signup form, click Already signed up? Manage your signups at the bottom.
• In any confirmation email, click See all your signups in one place.
• Go directly to grasshoppersignup.com/my-signups.

Step 2: Enter your email

On the View your signups page, type the email address you used to sign up and click Email me a link. For your privacy, you'll always see the same confirmation message whether or not that email has any signups.

Step 3: Open the secure link from your inbox

Check your email for a message titled Your Grasshopper signups and click View My Signups. This link can only be used once and expires after about 45 minutes - just request a new one if it lapses.

Step 4: Review your signups

You'll see every signup tied to that email, most recent first, with the form name, what you signed up for, any date and time, and your notes. If you have a lot, use the search box to filter by form, class, or note.

Step 5: View or cancel a signup

Click View & manage on any signup to open its full details, where you can add it to your calendar, update it, or cancel it.

What to know

After you open the link, your signups stay viewable in that browser for about 72 hours before you'll need a fresh link. Use a different email? Just run the lookup again with that address - each lookup shows the signups for the email you entered. Cancelling here notifies the organizer the same way it would from your confirmation page.
