How Organization Licensing Works

Add Your Domain(s)

We'll configure your organization's email domain(s) (e.g., @yourschool.edu, @yourcompany.com) in our system.

Automatic Boost Access

Anyone with your domain email who creates a form or account automatically receives Boost access - no manual provisioning needed.

Unlimited Users

Flat annual fee covers everyone in your organization, regardless of how many people use it. Add staff freely throughout the year.

Common Questions

What determines our organization size?

Organization size is based on total staff count (teachers, administrators, employees). Student or volunteer counts don't factor into pricing.

Can we add multiple domains?

Yes! Many organizations have multiple domains (e.g., district.edu, district.k12.state.us). We'll configure all your domains at no extra cost.

How does billing work?

Annual billing keeps things simple. After requesting access, we'll send an invoice or payment link. Your organization's access activates immediately upon payment.

What if we grow during the year?

Your flat annual fee doesn't change mid-year, even if you hire more staff. We'll adjust the tier at renewal if needed.

Is training and support included?

Grasshopper is built for self-service, with a help center integrated right into the product. Organization accounts also get priority support on product questions, and we're happy to set up video or screen-share sessions to help individual users or groups get started.

Can we try before committing?

Absolutely! Grasshopper is free to use. Test it with your team before upgrading for unlimited response viewing and data exports.

How do staff sign in? Do you support SSO?

Staff sign in with their work email through email-verified login, or with Google or Microsoft sign-in. No separate passwords or per-person licenses are needed: access is granted automatically from your verified domain. If you'd prefer, we can require everyone at your domain to sign in with Google or Microsoft. We don't offer SAML or SCIM provisioning.

Is this a shared team workspace?

Not quite. Everyone at your domain gets full Boost access, and any user can share individual forms with other staff to co-manage responses, custom styling included. Unlike our Team plans, though, an organization plan has no centralized library that auto-pushes forms, templates, or branding to all members. The focus is enabling Boost for your whole domain, not library management.

Can we get reporting across our organization?

Yes. On request we'll prepare a usage report for your domain covering active users, forms created, and responses collected, with a per-person breakdown. We can refresh it periodically, such as each semester or quarter.

Why not just let staff use free accounts?

Free accounts are great for testing, but you can only view and download the first 30 responses per form. Organization plans let you access all responses and give you visibility across all forms district-wide.
