We rely on our amazing volunteers to make the Gala a smooth and memorable evening. Volunteering is a great way to experience this fantastic event and also help Mount Evans. If you’d be interested in volunteering to help with decorating, set up, check in, auctions, games, or clean up, we’d love your help!

    We picked this option for you:

    Support with final design/decor details. May involve some crafting, sorting, organizing. Specific instructions and stations will be set up.
    Support loading gala items into uHaul truck at Mount Evans Home Health Care & Hospice Office
    Lunch and dinner provided; will be split into setup teams for each room.
    Meal provided; 4:30pm. Doors open at 5:30pm. Support event staff with guest registration. Setup and distribute guest name tags. Answer guest questions that may come up during the evening. Move identified centerpieces to Guest Checkout at end of night. Collect name tags in baskets at end of night.
    Meal provided. Direct attendees to Guest Registration, Table Numbers, pre-function rooms.
    Meal provided. Setup pre-function games, assist guests with games, re-set games between guest use, breakdown and pack up games completely when dinner program begins at 7pm. Support others with breakdown in room around you where possible.
    Meal provided. Support guests with silent auction during pre-function hours. Support Paddle Raise during dinner program.
    Move silent auction items from downstairs to lobby check-out. Distribute auction items to guests at check-out. Pack remaining items for return in uHaul to Mount Evans.
    Brown down event decor in each room and load into uHaul for return to Mount Evans.
    Unload truck at Mount Evans and storage unit.
