Video Recording Appointments
This is for you! We invite you to schedule an interview recording with our videographer during the ABAI conference. Each interview will be edited into a short, high-quality commercial. The final video will be provided to you for your organization’s own promotional use, and select videos may also be featured by ABAI to highlight participating companies where appropriate.
Participant Requirements
Organizations participating in the recording sessions are asked to provide the following materials in advance:
- Vector Logo
- Approved Marketing Assets – We encourage images that represent your work in action (e.g., staff engaging with clients or completing key tasks). However, branded graphics or visuals from your website are also acceptable.
- Brand Text – Written descriptions, information or taglines that accurately represents your organization’s mission or services.
- Optional: Music- You may submit your own background music for this video if your organization has something it typically uses. You must own rights to the music and ABAI reserves the right to choose whether to use submitted audio or not in the final product.
