By registering for this program, I acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or videos of my child taken during classes, activities, or events may be used by BrainBox for educational, promotional, website, and social media purposes. I understand that these images and recordings may appear in print or online materials related to BrainBox and its funding partners. I also acknowledge that the engineering kits may contain small parts or materials that could present a choking hazard to young children. If I believe these materials may present a concern for my child, I agree to provide appropriate adult supervision while the kit is being used. I understand that a parent or guardian must be present to drop off the child at the beginning of the session and pick up the child promptly at the end of the session. The BrainBox team and volunteers will not be available to supervise children after the session has ended.
