VHE Summer Gardening Help Signup

The Garden/Green Space Committee needs Summer Garden Volunteers to help with watering, weeding and harvesting. Please consider signing up for a week of garden work! 

During your week (Starting each Sunday i.e. Sunday June 7th is 7th-12th), you will be responsible for:

1. Watering the Waukesha Street Garden, Playground Garden, Sugar Maple Saplings next to the playground, and Butterfly Habitat Garden.
2. Weeding the Waukesha Street Garden, Playground Garden, and Butterfly Habitat Garden.
3. Harvesting the produce (vegetables) Waukesha Street Garden and Playground Garden! *You can take home the harvest of vegetables or donate them to the local food pantry. 

When you sign up, please write your week down on your family calendar. An auto-reminder and additional instructions will be sent to your email a few days before your scheduled week begins.

Bring your family to help out in the garden! You are always welcome to sign up for more than one week :)
