This tournament is a fixed partner round robin. All players need to be mixed intermediate level or a 6.0 combined team level.

There will be a 50/50 Raffle at the event.

Sandwiches

Prescott will order sandwiches and deliver them to teams on the day of the tournament. If you would like a sandwich, please select from the options below. You may select up to 2 sandwiches, one for each team member.

Sandwiches are $20 each, and include potato chips and a cookie.

You will be able to pay for the sandwich when making your team payment using the link at the end of the form.
