Prescott hosts regular programming, so event space is scheduled around our existing classes. To help us accommodate you, please provide a few possible dates/times for your event in case your top choice is unavailable. If you are looking to book multiple days, please specify the total number of dates you need in the "share additional details..." field at the end of the form.

Is your event primarily for adults, children, or a mix of both? Let us know roughly how many of each below. This helps us recommend the best space and setup.  If this request is for a children's birthday party or event, please let us know the age range of the children attending. Thank you! 

Let us know below what you'll need from us for your event. There is a space to share any specific set up details, such as table/chair configuration, if you'll need extra tables or chairs, etc.

Whenever possible, our team will have everything set up for you in advance. Because our staff works part-time, a team member may not always be on-site to adjust room configurations between classes/events. If we need to leave equipment or furniture off to the side for you to arrange, we will notify you ahead of time.
