Halloween Hoopla Volunteer Signup

Join us in making this year’s Halloween Hoopla a spooktacular day for our community! From running game booths and decorating trunks to helping behind the scenes with setup, cleanup, or balloon prep, it takes a full community effort to create a memorable afternoon for our kids.


Halloween Hoopla is open to the public from 2PM - 4PM on Saturday, October 24th.

We'll need help before, during, and after the event. Browse the options below to find the role that fits your schedule. Select an option to see its description.

Adults and Students are welcome to volunteer! If you are in Highschool, please let us know what school you attend and what grade you are in below, otherwise you can write n/a.

    Want to help but can’t volunteer? We’d love candy donations or monetary donations to help purchase candy and prizes and make Halloween Hoopla a sweet success.

    A basket for candy or prizes will be set up outside the office. Drop monetary donations off in the office.

    Decorate your trunk and help make the afternoon fun for the kids!

    Work at the game booths, have fun and interact with the little trick-or-treaters.

    Help set up tables, tents, games, decorations and getting everything ready for the event

    Help us clean up and get everything taken down and put away after the event.

    Help us get a head start with blowing up all the balloons for the big day.
