Count the cart/paper at 4 pm. Begin at the counter and stay there for the entire bingo session. Count paper for return & reconcile the paper sold at the counter and on the floor Cash out aprons progressively during the night.

Return unsold games to the counter and pay for sold items as the games are being played. Assist in bingo activities by retrieving cards and handling payouts. When a bingo is called, quickly go to the player and retrieve their card. You will then either read the number to the caller from a phone or take the card to the caller at the front. Afterwards, raise your hand and wait until the "runner" arrives with the prize. Please take turns grabbing the winnings from the cash person and running those payouts Please rotate in collecting the winnings from the caption and distributing the payouts accordingly. Attend customer requests for paper. Watch for hands or money up in the air. This is an indication the players want to purchase paper. Assist with garbage disposal at the end of the night.

Sell Nevada seal tickets before, during, and after bingo sessions from the front Nevada counter. Circulate to sell tickets to seated players, ensuring all money is secured in the apron. Prepare a stack of 100 tickets at the end of the night. Stay until the end to cater to departing players. Handle bingo activities and payouts. Mark down running total of bingos and early birds to make sure payouts match. DO NOT mark down Sealed/Horse games. Check with the captain at breaks to ensure you match their sheet.
