NBBA World Series Volunteer Signup

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the 2026 World Series of Beep Baseball, the largest adaptive baseball tournament for athletes who are blind or visually impaired. The event takes place Monday, August 3 through Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the Stuart Sports Complex in Aurora, Illinois.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Beep Baseball World Series, a historic milestone celebrating five decades of competition, inclusion, and community.  

Please complete the form below to the best of your ability. The information you provide will help World Series leadership communicate key details, coordinate assignments, and set expectations for the tournament. You may sign up for multiple shifts or a full day, and you can choose different roles or stay in the same role all day.

We will provide volunteer training remotely as we get closer to the event so that you feel comfortable in your role! Please make sure to bring snacks/food and a refillable water bottle (there will be water stations) for your shifts.

As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are happy to provide verification of community service hours upon request.

*Please note that minors 16+ may volunteer, but need to sign a minor form and indicate this on their registration.*
