Thank you for your interest in Pull Up & Play 2026! We have an amazing afternoon planned with fun activities playing your favorite sports, giveaways, music and surprises!


Please review the information below before completing your registration.


This FREE event is designed for youth participants (grades K-12). It will take place on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex. Doors will open at 1 p.m. for check-in.


Please plan to arrive on time and wear appropriate athletic attire. (We recommend not wearing jeans!) A Pull Up & Play shirt will be provided on the day of the event.


The action-packed afternoon will consist of skill clinics and activities, featuring the following sports: Volleyball, Basketball, Cheerleading, Tennis, Track & Field, and Golf. You will have a chance to rotate between sports stations, learn fundamentals, and try something new from some of the best coaches and instructors in the DMV!


And if you're not on the court or track, there's still plenty to enjoy:

Attendance is FREE, but registration is required: All youth under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents and guardians are invited to remain on-site during the clinics to observe and engage with local organizations in our Partner Pavilion.

    Sports Clinic Options
    1. Basketball: Dribble, pass, and shoot your way through exciting drills and mini-games that teach teamwork and game basics.
    2. Cheerleading: Learn cheers, chants, and basic routines that build confidence, coordination, and team spirit.
    3. Tennis: Learn how to rally, serve, and score while improving hand-eye coordination and footwork through fun games and drills.
    4. Track & Field: Run, jump, and throw! Kids explore events like sprints, relays, and long jump while developing speed, strength, and endurance.
    5. Volleyball: Practice passing, setting, and serving in a team-focused environment that builds communication and coordination.
    6. Golf Simulator: Focus on swing technique, putting, and accuracy while learning patience and sportsmanship in a relaxed setting.
